Road Map to Your Design Became Real
Below's a step-by-step overview of our services:

Road Map to Your Design Became Real
Step 1- Get in Touch
Fill in the form, email or Whatsapp us to share what you have in mind, then we will dedicated a specialist for you account and move to next steps.
Step 2 – Design (if required)
Whether you have a clear vision or a rough concept, we're here to help!

With extensive experience in developing sportswear and swimming costume, we can collaborate with you to bring your ideas to life and turn your unique concepts into reality.
Step 3 – Tech Packs (if required)
Tech packs serve as essential guides for manufacturers, outlining how to produce garments and specifying where to source fabrics and components. They include detailed sizing info and designs for trims, prints, and appliqués. Additionally, a distinct tech pack will be developed for branded trims with our selected supplier to ensure quality and supply consistency.
Step 4 – 1st Proto
1st prototype can take around 4-6 weeks.
Our sample room starts from your designs and tech packs, creates the patterns, and sources the required fabrics and trims before stitching the garments to meet your needs.
Step 5 – Revise Proto and Comments (if needed)
If any changes are needed for the 1st prototype, we will move on to the 2nd prototype.
This will take slightly less time than producing the 1st prototype.
Step 6 – Final Quotation
Once we receive your final feedback, we will review fabric and trim needs and production time to confirm the final bulk production cost. We offer both Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and Free On Board (FOB) pricing.

Production costs vary by location, wages, materials, and order volume. Most suppliers have a minimum order quantity (MOQ), which affects pricing.

Ordering below the MOQ may add surcharges and impact margins, but it allows you to launch quickly. As your order volume grows, your margins can align with established brands.
Step 7 – T.O.P
Once the quotation is confirmed, we will provide a full-size run of the TOP before moving to bulk production to ensure each size is correct, and we will make sure you have everything you need, including hangtag, pricetag and all packaging.

If needed, we can also provide a photo sample to help you plan your marketing.
Step 8 – Production
Bulk production lead times can vary significantly based on several factors, but we will do our best to meet your ideal deadline.

Afterward, lead times depend on garment complexity, factory size, and production volume. Production can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to 8-12 weeks.
Step 9 – Final Inspection
We’re proud of our production quality and closely monitor every step to ensure the best results. Before our goods leave our facility, we perform a final inspection to make sure each piece meets our high standards. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Step 10 – Delivery
Once production is complete, you can choose how to ship the goods—by sea, air, courier, or truck—based on the factory's location and the shipping address.
